Brightnest provides residential cleaning services including deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and weekly plans. Service scope, pricing, and availability are described on our website and in booking confirmations. We reserve the right to refuse service or limit service areas.
Bookings and Payments
- To book a service you must provide accurate contact, property, and payment information.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. By providing payment information you authorize the charges for services and applicable taxes.
- Quotes are valid for the stated period. Final charges may vary if the service scope changes or additional services are requested on site.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided during booking. Standard notice periods apply; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund for prepayments where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property and disclose relevant information (pets, hazards, fragile items).
- Secure valuables and personal items; Brightnest is not liable for loss of unsecured items unless caused by our negligence.
- Comply with applicable laws and not use our services for unlawful purposes.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightnest’s liability for damages arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Claims and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with service, notify us promptly at qa-builder@neweb.ai. We will investigate and may offer re-cleaning, a partial refund, or other remedies at our discretion.
